RESERVATION POLICIES

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred dates. All scheduling will be based around trainer availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a scheduling conflict is known in advance, please notified Elleon Fitness at least 24 hours prior to the session (unless extenuating circumstances apply). All rescheduling will be based around trainer availability. Clients arriving late with receive the remaining session time (unless arrangements have been previously made).

STUDIOS

In order to be eligible to book or attend a class, you must first purchase passes or a membership package through each studio. Further reservation details and a Par-Q and Wavier form between you and the studio applies.

MEDICAL CONCERNS

Clients are encouraged to consult with their physician before training if they are; pregnant, have prior injuries, a history of heart disease, illnesses or other physical limitations. Clients cannot participate in any personal training services unless a Par-Q and Wavier form has been filled out
